Unlike other tools, AQUIS provides real-time information on the current operating status, which is available online as visualised data from the process control system: flow rate, pressure and water quality. It can be linked easily and cost-efficiently to any open applications.

Interventions in the network and consequences thereof can be directly simulated and assessed, and clients' questions answered immediately. Alarm setpoints can be configured for all parameters. Using a requirements management tool, medium-term forecasts can be produced for quantity management and rehabilitation strategies.
